You’re invited to join us for Kaleidoscope Crossing, a live four-week virtual Sacred Circle guided by Trish and Tessie, your neighborhood death doulas.
Kaleidoscope Crossing is a group container aimed at exploring our individual and societal relationships with death, dying and grief for the purpose of personal and communal evolution.
Each week we will progressively dive deeper guided by Trish and Tessie’s death doula knowledge, experience and intuition. The curriculum will include reflection, dialogue, ritual, embodiment practices and optional take-home exercises that are inspired by the interests and needs of the group.
Within this container, we will slow down, listen, and become our own death doulas, witnesses and companions. There may be “ah-ha!” moments, tears, big sighs of relief, and feelings of contractions. There will definitely be laughter, warmth and intentionality.
Across our four sessions, we’ll explore:
Our philosophies and beliefs on life, death and grief
Our relationships with safety, fear, shame, and trust within ourselves and others
Our individual ways of listening to and honoring ourselves, our bodies and our intuitions
Our understanding of control and surrender
Our practices and rituals that protect us, clear us and connect us with our ancestors and crossed loved ones
Our dedication to community and togetherness in the face of isolation
Come to each session ready to examine tender topics, engage in group activities, and participate in transformation rituals. If you are in a season of acute loss or grief, we encourage you to honor your capacity.
Participants will also be invited into a WhatsApp group to continue connecting and weaving community between sessions.
