This hour long session is an invitation to sit with death as a mirror for your life, to see what’s ready to fall away, and what’s asking to be lived more fully. Together, we explore the edges of your mortality and the truth of your aliveness, finding peace, insight, and direction in the process. Uncover your life threads - the themes, patterns, and callings that weave meaning through your story. These threads show you where your energy longs to flow, and how you can honor what truly matters to you right now.

This session is an invitation to soften into the mystery, find your footing, and maybe even fall a little bit more in love with being alive.

Grief asks everything of us; our body, our breath, our willingness to stay present in the ache of what’s changed. This 90 minute session is a space to meet that grief honestly, whether your loss is fresh or has been living quietly inside you for years.

Through movement, breath, and energy work, we invite what’s been held or frozen to begin shifting. Together, we explore what your body remembers, what your heart is ready to release, and how love, the kind that outlives form, wants to move through you now.

This is for anyone carrying the weight of loss: death, divorce, displacement, endings of any kind. You don’t have to make sense of it. You just have to show up. The rest, we’ll unravel together.
